Watercolor Landscapes – Painting Light
Adults
This workshop teaches students the basics of watercolor and landscape composition. Students will create an exterior landscape painting in watercolors, featuring evidence of perspective, through the rendering of buildings & architecture and/or natural elements.
Landscape Basics – Watercolor Resist Method
Grades K – 5
This workshop will focus on the basics of composing a landscape by establishing a foreground, mid-ground, and background. Students will then use the oil pastel resist technique with watercolor to add color and detail to their landscape paintings.
